Vegan Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Capers
  • 3 Gerkins (Optional)
  • 1 Bunch of Dill
  • 1 Small Red Onion (Optional)
  • Vegan Mayonnaise
  • Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Set stick blender to the highest speed and blend all the ingredients together. 
  2. Check the flavour and add lemon juice to required test. 
  3. Store in the fridge at all times, enjoy within 5 days.
