Vegan Jalapeno Poppers

Method

  1. Slice the Jalapenos length ways and remove the seeds.
  2. Grate the Mozzarella style cheezly into a bowl.
  3. Carefully fill each jalapeno half with the cheezly, ensuring it it’s pressed all the way in.
  4. Wrap the jalapeno halves in rasher slices.
  5. Brush with oil and cook on the BBQ for 5-6 minutes until the cheezly starts to melt.
