All online payments are processed using stripe.com, which uses secure 128 bit encryption over an SSL (secure socket layer) connection. Payment details are not stored after they have been processed.
We are selling perishable goods, which are made to order to your specification.
There isn’t much time to cancel an order but, by calling us on 01536 400557 within 24 hours of placing your initial order, we will endeavour to cancel your order with all monies being returned within 30 days.

Payment must be received in advance prior to dispatch.
Title of goods for retail customers
Goods supplied by VBites Foods Limited to customers remain the property of the company, until paid for in full by the customer.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and the availability of goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance. VBites Foods Limited reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value to compensate for out of stock items.
Delivery and Shipping
Orders are subject to a £15 minimum order value. We aim to despatch orders placed within 48 hours, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms or individual delivery instructions advised by the customer. (Usually orders are dispatched within 48 hours after the receipt and full payment of an order as long as all goods are in stock) Alternatively you may wish to collect your order from our offices in Corby by prior arrangement.
We will endeavor to send out your order as soon as possible, normally to be delivered on the next working day. Please note that deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We have recently changed our couriers to DPD, who with their service, are able to provide a 1 hour delivery slot to your address. This will be sent out via a text message on the morning of delivery, if are not at home at the time of delivery then you are able to text them back to say where you would like the delivery to be left, either in a safe place or a specific neighbour. If you have a smartphone you can also download their app which allows you to track your parcel and this will also provide you with a 15 minute timeline.
Deliveries can only be made to the UK mainland, unfortunately at current the following postcodes are not covered in the UK Mainland bracket set up by DPD. This does not mean that we will not deliver to you, if you would like to contact the office we will be happy to assist and help get our delicious goods to you.

All goods must be checked and counted upon receipt. Any shortages must be notified to the company at the time of delivery.

No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or merchandising by the customer, of any goods supplied by VBites Foods Limited.

Mistakes in Payments
Any mistakes in payments will be rectified as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
All goods offered by the company are guaranteed to meet statutory requirements. However, the company cannot accept responsibility where goods supplied are subject to further processing or repackaging by the customer.
We accept all card payments. In addition, you may pay in advance by posting a cheque to us with your mail order form.
All of our food products are zero rated for VAT purposes unless otherwise stated.
