A great party platter addition, lunchtime snack, and children’s favourite. These are high protein, low in fat, and soya-free. Spiced with cayenne and flavoured with herbs including fennel, oregano, nutmeg and sage, they’re delicious served with garlic vegan mayonnaise, crispy oven-baked potato wedges and sweetcorn salsa or creamy mash and spicy tomato ketchup.
