A seaside favourite, modernised with our plant-based fish. Coated in breadcrumbs, these are a real hit with kids but a great treat for adults too. Unlike traditional fish cakes, our plant-based version is completely sustainable and does not harm the ocean or its inhabitants.

Cooking instructions

Remove all packaging. As all appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure that the product is piping hot before serving.

To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat and cook for about 12 minutes. turning occassionally, until crisp and golden brown.

To Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 220°c/425°F, Gas Mark 7. Place on a preheated tray and cook for 15 minutes until golden brown. For fan-assisted ovens, reduce cooking time according to manufacturer’s handbook.

To Shallow Fry: Add a little oil to a pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes per side on a medium heat until crisp and golden brown.
