A unique vegan alternative to classic Italian hard cheeses. Whether it’s for finishing off a pasta dish, adding to a pesto, or slicing over a salad, this cheese adds an extra of level authenticity to veganised Italian cuisine. Additionally, this is also great for vegetarians as many hard Italian cheeses, such as Parmesan, are made using rennet, which ours obviously doesn’t contain.
