A rich and deep flavoured alternative to classic blue cheeses. This sits on the milder side of the blue cheese spectrum, and replicates cheeses as Gorgonzola and Danish Blue. A few slices of this on crackers with pickles makes for delicious snack. Alternatively, stir it into a broccoli soup to add a thick rich flavour.
