Ingredients
- 1 tsp of fresh minced ginger
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp tumeric powder
- 1 itsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 large tomato
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Cinnoman stick
- Cardomon pods
- 5 floz water
- Sprinkle of salt
- 300ml coconut milk
- Packet of VBites soya chicken pieces
Method
- Put a cinnamon stick in oil with cardomen pods to flavour.
- Remove cinnamon and cardomen, then use oil to fry onion until translucent.
- Mix all the spices in a bowl.
- Pour spices in frying pan, add tomato, tomato paste and water.
- Simmer for 5 mins then add coconut milk.
- Simmer for another 5 mins.
- Add VBites soya chicken and make sure it's warmed through.
