Ingredients
- 1 whole potato
- ½ carrot peeled
- ½ parsnip peeled
- Lemon juice to taste
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Grate potato, carrot and parsnip into a bowl of water with lemon juice.
- Drain it off and wring it out till dry.
- Put in bowl add chopped parsley, salt and pepper and olive oil.
- Lightly oil a 6 inch pan and place ingredients in the pan.
- Flatten down, then put into oven.
- When brown take out and put on a plate.
