Ingredients
- 25g finely diced carrots
- 25g finely diced onion
- Finger nail sized portion of ginger and garlic minced.
- ½ tsp garam marsala
Method
- Saute above then add garam marsala and salt.
- Add the rice, sauté for a few minutes.
- Add enough water to cover the rice.
- Put on stove and bring to boil.
- Cover and turn down to low heat, until cooked.
- Then put it to the side for a couple of mins, then fluff with fork
