Pastry
Ingredients
- 100g plain flour
- 40g margarine
- approx 2 – 3 tbsp of water
- salt
Method
- Mix together and chill in fridge.
- After an hour take out and roll out into a quiche dish.
- Bake blind for 10mins.
- Moderate oven.
Filling
Ingredients
- 60g whole egg replacer
- 100ml soya milk
- Salt and pepper season
- Chives to season
- 100g asparagus
Method
- Boil asparagus, drain it off.
- Mix the egg replacer, soya milk, seasoning.
- Pour the egg mixture into your quiche.
- Place asparagus on the top and grate some VBites cheese on the top.
- Drizzle a touch of olive oil over the top and put back into oven.
