Just to say what a brilliant meal we had yesterday!! We live in Essex, but were visiting our daughter at Southampton uni. On Sunday we drove the 62 odd miles from Southampton to Hove to have lunch at V-Bites (soup, thai curry, cake). Everything was excellent - goregeous food, lovely friendly, attentive staff. We also bought muffins and chocolate goodies to take home! Sadly we live so far from you. Essex is hopeless at catering for vegans - there is definitely a market there so PLEASE open a V-Bites in Colchester or Chelmsford!!! The only decent places we have to eat are the Rainbow Cafe in Cambridge and the Veggie Red Lion pub in Great Bricett, Suffolk - both an hour away from us. I think the cakes are a particular winner - they are the one thing that I miss as a vegan and you cannot buy. So our feedback is (1) Please come to Essex and (2) Please produce your muffins and cakes and get a supermarket to stock them! We will certainly be back when we are next in the area and wish you every success. Thanks Heather and your team x

Having just visted today for the 1st time with my children, I felt compelled to write to you to say what a lovely meal we had. My son said the cake was best he had ever had which believe me is high praise indeed. It has been an overdue addition to the Brighton and Hove restuarants and well worth the wait. I've been a vegetarian for 25 years and was thrilled to now have a vegan restaurant 10 mins from my house. The attention to detail was excellent with the food, decor, entertainment for the children and even a welcome for the dog. You have left no stone unturned and I will look forward to coming to many of your events as will my children and many of the friends I will be advising to come down and see for themselves. All the very best for the future

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my visit to VBites. The way the restaurant is divided up into zones is such a great idea. Your staff were all really nice and made us feel welcome. The food was really, really good. The soup tasted great and was thick and hot - which is where a lot of places let you down. My fish sandwich was so good, and the nacho starter was superb. I'm from Colorado and I've had a lot of nachos but yours are the best I've ever had. They were freshly made, not out of a bag and had a great corn flavor. I will be visiting VBites again the next time I'm in the UK.

I have just been told about your restaurant opening and would like to say congratulations and well done! I wish you all the success in your new business and hope that you find your way up to the North East of England soon. My family and I are dedicated vegans, with over 15 years under our belt and a daughter who at 12 years old has never eaten meat, and we would love to have a person like Heather Mills start a business here. I would appreciate it if you could add some of your dessert recipes to your website, because your cakes look fantastic.

came to VBites on Saturday for the first time and enjoyed a delicious,well-presented meal. The staff were efficient and friendly and I feel it was very good value. Please consider opening another one in Cambridge, it's a long way to go for something so good and I'm sure it would be well-received here.
