Heather Mills, will be opening the Brighton & Hove 'Spring Harvest' at Churchill Square on 17th March at 1200.

 

In addition to this not only will Heather will be doing a cookery demonstration, showcasing her fantastic Vegan recipes at 1330 in the square but VBites, her Vegan cafe/bar will be giving away samples from the market stall on the day.

 

The Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival is now established as the largest festival of its kind on the south coast and is one of the most important cultural events in Brighton & Hove's calendar. With foodies travelling from all over the county to sample the very best that Sussex has to offer, this year is set to be the biggest and best to date. The event is being kick started in March with the 'Spring Harvest' festival including the beer festival, the food market and of course Heather Mills' cookery demonstration.

 

Heather will be doing a live performance where she will cook up a selection of her finest vegan food from her local restaurant, VBites, which opened at Hove Lagoon last summer. She says "This is a really exciting event, to celebrate all that our city has to offer and giving our local community the opportunity to watch and sample some great vegan cooking."

 

Alongside the demonstration, Heather and her team will also be giving out a range of delicious sample dishes from her VBites cafe/ bar starting from 9am through until 4pm.

Heather Mills will feature at this year's Brighton Eco Veggie Fayre - Hove Centre: 20th March 2010

 

Heather Mills will be at this year's Brighton Eco Veggie Fayre at the Hove Centre on March 20th 2010. Not only will she be one of the caterers supplying the event with food from her local restaurant, VBites, she will also be doing a cookery demonstration as well. Additionally, Redwood, Heather's Ethical food firm will be featuring at the show, next to the VBites stand.

 

The Brighton Eco Veggie Fayre is a superb day out for the whole family and is the perfect introduction into an Eco Veggie friendly fair trade way of life. The show is packed full of stalls, products, food, information and education, as well as entertainment. Tickets are Admission £3 adults and £1 Kids/OAP's. It will be open from 11am-6pm.

 

Heather will be doing a live performance to help to encourage, motivate and educate Fayre attendees of easy and great ways to cook vegan food. VBites will be hosting special Mothers Day celebrations, Sunday March 14th

 

Not sure how to celebrate Mothers Day this year? How about Sunday lunch at VBites with giveaways, discounts and a special Mothers Day award 'BEST MUM'.

Weekend Kids Klub

 

VBites would like to welcome all kids to come and join the Kids Klub every Saturday and Sunday morning. There's fun and games to keep everyone happy.

 

From 10.30am through to 12.30pm every Saturday and Sunday, VBites is the perfect place for children to have some fun. After running off some energy in the playground, you come in to the warmth for a family breakfast followed by activities for all ages. VBites also offers an inside creche projecting cartoons.

 

VBites Kids Klub is all about having some quality time. Come rain or shine, VBites is a great place to start the weekend. And while the children are safe and happy making new friends, there's time for the grown-ups to catch up with old friends or have a well-earned peaceful coffee.
